Custom and personalized items are created based on the information provided by the customer at checkout.
Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order. Pretty Party Company is not responsible for errors in spelling, dates, or other details that were provided by the customer.
Once a custom item has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded.
