Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, Pretty Party Company is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
